Body Goals: How to Reach Your Goal Weight

Summer is right around the corner! One of the most common summer goals is to reach your body goals. This has many different meanings for different peopled, but  I think it is safe to say that most of us want to be more healthy. We want to feel and be the best version of ourselves, inside and out. Over the last two weeks, I shared that I desired this for myself. In my post “What to do When You Hate Diets” I revealed my struggles with my weight and that really want to reach my goal weight once and for all.
