Take some of the stress out of the next day by preparing ahead. Set your goals and intentions for the next day and eliminate as many decisions as you can. Plan out your schedule, pick out your clothes, prepare your meals or decide what you’re cooking, pack your bags, and whatever else you need to do to get ready to be great the next day.
Next, give yourself time to reflect on your day. I highly suggest giving journaling a try. Write about how your day went, what challenges you faced, an important lesson you learned, or just write about what’s currently on your mind.
