Farewell November! I know that I’m not the only one that feels like 2021 flew right on by. Yes, I’m aware that I keep saying that, but I truly can’t believe we only have 31 days standing in between us and 2022! Are you ready for the new year ahead? I know that I am. But before we get there, I just have to share my favorites from the past month. Keep reading to see the things that I loved in November!

November 2021 Must-Haves
FORVR Mood: Cuffing Season
Any candle lovers out there? The way my home smells is very important to me and I take my candle arsenal very seriously! Normally, I go to TJMAXX or Homegoods to rack up on my candle supply. But I was pleasantly surprised when I decided to give the Cuffing Season candle by FORVR Mood a try. I stumbled upon it when I went to Sephora to restock on some beauty products and I just had to have it! I don’t like overly feminine scents, and since moving with my boyfriend I try to find gender-neutral fragrances. This candle offers just the right balance! I like its light, but warm and cozy making it perfect for the home during these colder months. Not only that, these candles are created and owned by one of my beauty faves Jackie Aina … so yeah! If you’re looking for a new black, woman owned business to support… here you go boo!
Love Me Don’t Leave Me Book
If you follow me on social media, mainly Instagram, then you know that I’m pretty transparent about my mental health and my journey with therapy. This year I’ve seen so much growth within myself and progress. I wrote a pretty awesome blog about the steps I took to find a therapist here. But the work is not done! A few weeks ago during a session, I got to talking to my therapist about the importance of self-love and how so many people fear abandonment. Well by the end of our talk she recommended that I read “Love Me Don’t Leave Me: Overcoming Fear of Abandonment and Building Lasting, Loving Relationships” and chileeeee! This book. This book is a MUST-READ… or listen since I downloaded it on Audible. The gems, the lessons, the epiphanies are in overflow. You guys just have to add this book to your reading list!
Our Place Always Pan
Ok, so this is something I’ve wanted for the past year but I kept putting off getting it. Until this month! I was able to get it on sale and in the color ‘Char’. And y’all… I love this pan! I’m sure that you guys have seen commercials or ads about the Always Pan from Our Place. But trust me… it is worthy of the hype! The all-in-one nonstick pan is so versatile, sturdy, and a GREAT addition to my kitchen.
Active Stylus Pen
Does anyone else neglect using their iPad or tablet like me? I’m not ashamed to admit that I have an iPad that I barely use. I decided this year to get the most out of my iPad mini because I do love it but hated to see it collecting dust. Now I use it almost daily, all thanks to this purchase! I give you the Active Stylus Pen from Amazon. Use it to take notes, draw, color, make highlights in your favorite ebook… you name it. I love this pen because it’s slim, light, easy to use, and has a really good battery life! I mainly use it to edit my photos, work in Canva or organize my files. And it helps to do so that much easier. Even better, I can use this pen on my phone and other touch screen devices it’s compatible with. Do yourself a favor and get this. For twenty bucks you can make your life a lot smoother and look so bomb and techy while doing so.

SIORO Silk Satin Pajamas
These SIORO pajamas give me rich auntie vibes without spending rich auntie money! Perfect for a day of relaxing, but wanting to feel and look good too. I don’t know with these pajamas I like to spend the day watching Insecure and Sex & The City drinking champagne and eating snacks. Sounds fun doesn’t it? Grab these! They also make a great gift for your mom, sisters, cousins, or friends. Like what woman doesn’t like silky pajamas? (Ps. I got these in a M and I’m about 5’8!)
Valentino Uomo Born In Roma
Remember when I told you guys about my recent trip to Sephora? Well, this is another find that I’m happy about. I was in the market for a new fragrance and actually wanted to check out the Valentino Born in Roma Donna perfume, but it was too sweet for my taste. I love warm scents so the clerk suggested the Uomo alternative. One smell and I was hooked. But here’s the thing, technically it is a cologne but it’s not super masculine. I think it’s very unisex and when I shared my new purchase with my followers, who are women, many of them stated they have this same exact scent! It just smells so good! But if you’re freaked out about it being a cologne, just head to the store first and do a smell test between Donna and this.
